Dear Sirs,
Please note that the Bills of Lading in respect of the above shipment should be issued in a form
as per the charter party and wh¡ch includes at least the following prov¡sions:
1. An lncorporatlon clause of the govern¡ng charter party ¡n the following formi "All
terms, conditions, except¡ons and addenda ¡ncluding the arbitrations clause of the
charter party dated 29-lan-2020 are hereby expressly incorporated ¡n the Bill of
Lading.
2. The following clauses must in any event be ¡ncorporated ¡n the B¡ll of Ladtng:
a. New Jason Clause
b. Both to Blame Collision Clause
c. Paramount Clause
d. York - Antwerp Rules 1974, as amended 1994.
e. Hague rules or Hague V¡sby rules
3. Bills of Lad¡ng should only be marked as "Freight payable as per Charter Party".
4. Since the owners have no means to check the cargo specif¡cat¡ons and condition on
loading, Bills of Lading should not be marked "clean on board".

Should you refuse or be unable to comply with my request, I w¡ll have no alternat¡ve than to

insufficient t¡me has been allowed for all water in the cargo to settle out. Th¡s may result in an
