    (Single Dwelling Residential / Commercial / Industrial / Others)

     Two (2) copies of Barangay Certification to Build  D) Mechanical Documents


     Two (2) copies of Tree Planting  E) Sanitary Documents
     F) Plumbing Documents
     Five (5) copies of filled up Unified Application Form  G) Electronics Documents
    for Building Permit and FSEC  H) Geodetic Documents
     Four (4) copies of filled-up Application Form for  I) Fire Protection Plan (If applicable)
    Locational /Zoning Clearance, Duly Notarized  Automatic Fire Suppression System
     Two (2) copies of Original Certificate of Title (OCT) /  Wet Stand Pipe
     Dry Stand Pipe
    Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), or Deed of  Kitchen Hood Suppression
    Absolute Sale or Lot Locational Plan from LRA (if  Fire Detection & Alarm System
    lessee, Contract of Lease), Proof of Ownership, if not
    the Owner Provide Special Power of Attorney (SPA),
    Vicinity Map  J) One (1) photocopy of each Valid Licenses (PRC
     Four (4) copies of Affidavit of Undertaking (Notarized) I.D.) & PTR of all involved professionals
     Five (5) sets of Survey Plans, design plans and other
    documents as follows:
     A) Architectural Documents
     Three (3) copies of Notarized ESTIMATED value of
     B) Civil / Structural Documents the building / structure to be erected as declared by
    - Structural Design Analysis the owner


    - Soil Test (If applicable)
    C) Electrical Documents
     Three (3) copies of Construction Safety and Health
    - Electrical Design Analysis Program.
