Abstract
As per the syllabus of Shivaji university for fourth year mechanical engineering
student are required to complete the vocational in plant training for 15 days before
completing seventh semester. for this industrial training. I have approached to MENON
ALKOP (division of bearing Ltd) five-star kagal MIDC Kolhapur.

I studied the processes from starting of design of product till packing marketing and
sells for selecting a company first point take into account is company profile. For good
vocational industrial training the company should have the manufacturing unit. As it
possesses all units it gives the full knowledge about the actual shop floor control of
production & process sheet. Keeping in mind the above things we approach toward MENON
ALKOP (Division of bearing Menon bearing ltd) five-star MIIDC kagal Kolhapur

In this training period I have studied different departments of the organization the
interrelation between them and how each and every department works. I studied a department
per day in sequence.
