Reason for sale: I want to move onto a new venture. I spend a few hours a
week on support, but the business generally runs itself and most customers are
low-touch. There is a lot of room for growth.
Growth Opportunity: Integrate into other applications. I could see this being
used in a lot of CRMs where you could easily create pricing quotes, foward
them to the email, and sends back a PDF version to sign. You could also
integrate with Dochub, Docusign, Hellosign, etc.

massive and the same concept of this website could be applied to Facebook
pages, Yelp pages, and more. Right now it only converts Airbnb pages into

hundreds of people all over the world who come to create reports on hashtags,

Growth Opportunity: The marketplace application is really well built and could
be applied to other markets. You could also sell the software and configure it for
customers. For example, for people looking to start a marketplace, you could

Overview: Profitable SaaS company in the email design space doing $523k
ARR in total. The company has two email design products, one is sold as a
white-label email editor plug-in for other SaaS companies the other works as a
standalone email design platform and currently helps small-mid-sized
companies create email templates that they can’t build in their email marketing
software (like Mailchimp or Marketo) without HTML coding. The team consists
of 8 full-time employees, 1 part-time employee and 8 contractors. The company
launched from $200k VC investment, but purchased back the VC’s shares and
is currently 100% privately owned. Roughly 70% of the revenue comes from the

Growth opportunities: The right buyer with adequate sales resources will
greatly benefit from all the technology and team we built over the years and will
be able to "easily" scale the company's total MRR over $100k in a year's time,
while it would take us several years.
Reason for sale: We don't have enough resources and experience to build a
US-based sales team that is required to scale our revenues by 10x.
