Our Company has an allergen program as part of its GMP program. Our Company
objective is to provide safe, wholesome products to the customer. To do this we will
control the allergens in our establishment and provide the customer with the correct
information. We achieve this by:
2. Formulation Control
Use only approved ingredients and formulas
3. Ingredient Management
Proper storage of all allergens to prevent cross contamination
4. Process Control
Sequencing product runs to prevent cross contamination
5. Packaging Management
Purchase only from approved suppliers for both ingredients and packaging
materials
6. Label Control
Correct information is available to customers of product ingredient
statement.
7. Employee Training
All employees are trained in GMP and allergen training.
8. Recall Program
Tested program in place should the need arise.
