    1. Bed Frame
    Parts Needed:
    2020 x 500mm, 4x
    L braces, 8x

    Notes:
    -Position the bottom two 2020 extrusion bed supports roughly 360mm apart and centered, measured from the
    inside of both (for 300mm bed). Leave the grub nuts loose.

    2. Outer Frame:
    Parts Needed:
    2020 x 500mm, 10x
    Corner cube, 8x
    M5x12 bolt, 32x
    3. Gantry Frame:
    Parts Needed:
    ExoBracket 20, 8x
    2020 x 500mm, 2x
    2020 x 432mm, 2x
    Corner cube, 4x
    M5x12 bolt, 8x

    Notes:
    -Near facing ExoBrackets have tabs pointing towards the corner cubes.
    -Far facing ExoBrackets have tabs pointing away from the corner cubes.
    -Leave the ExoBracket clamping bolts loose.
    4. Gantry Mounting:

    ExoSlide 20S, 4x
    Z adjuster (back), 3x
    Z brace, 1x
    M4x30 bolt, 13x

    5. Z Nut Bracket:
    Parts Needed:
    Z adjuster (front), 3x
    Z nut bracket, 4x

    M4 nylock nut, 2x
    6. Z Rods:
    Parts Needed:
    TR8 rod, 4x
    TR8 anti-backlash nut, 4x
    Pillow block bearing, 4x
    GT2 20t 8mm ID pulley, 4x
    M3x20, 8x
    M3 nylock nut, 8x
    M5x8 bolt, 8x

    7. Gantry X Rail

    Notes:
    - The ExoBrackets are oriented with the tabs pointing towards the extrusion ends.
