    1. Check power button light


    2. Press START to start operation
    3. IN 1 button will pull left compression cylinder toward the workpiece
    4. OUT 1 button will move compression cylinder 1 away
    5. IN 2 button will pull right compression cylinder toward the workpiece
    6. OUT 2 will move compression cylinder away
    7. DOWN will pull upper compression cylinder toward the workpiece
    8. UP is to lift upper compression cylinder
    9. RETURN will pull all compression cylinders out of the workpiece
    Maintenance
    1. Control System Maintenance
    1.1 Check electrical wires
    1.2 Check control fuse by removing it and measuring its resistance using multimeter. The hand of
    multimeter should move.
    1.3 Check on/off switch and light in the front of the controller if they are working properly
    1.4 Check MAGNETIC CONTRACTOR operation. While working, there should not have noise
    from COIL and soot at the front of controller
    1.5 Check OVERLOAD RELEY by pressing button at TRIP position following the arrow and
    then press RESET again. TRIP position should return to the initial position.
    1.6 Check FOOT SWITCH by stepping on it. Cylinder should move while stepping on it and stop
    when release.
    2. Motor Maintenance
    2.1 Check motor operation by observing motor rotation. If the rotation is slow and causes noise,
    the motor is malfunction. Use multimeter to measure the resistance at each terminal. If the
    value does not show up at any terminal, the motor is burned and have to send for new coil
    winding.
    2.2 Check bearing. If there is noise or loud sound, wash the noise making bearing by light diesel
    and reapply grease. If the bearing is broken, replace a new one.
    Solution to machine error
    1. If switching on button does not work, check electrical system in control box for broken
    equipment and notify technicians
    2. If hydraulic cylinder has no force because of leakage, replace seal at the hydraulic cylinder.
    3. If the pressing operation can not be controlled resulting in overload pressing force, immediately
    press emergency button and check solenoid valve, control valve and hydraulic cylinder.
