List of activities or work that can be included:
1. Closing quiz for each chapter in accordance with GATE/PSU/Interview questions.
2. NPTEL video lectures/presentations 3. Workshops on various technologies that are required for today’s requirement (beyond syllabus) 4. Personality development programs for students to prepare them for interviews 5. Small courses for making low ranked students employed in small scale industries 6. Humanities team to equip students with skills such as Public Speaking, Group Discussion and presentation 7. To encourage students to prepare good projects that can be submitted to DST (Take minimum target from each department) 8. To encourage students to write/present a research/review paper with faculty coordination 9. Industrial training at recognized companies 10. To take academic goals and action plan from HODs of each department and review the progress fortnightly 11. To take no. of lectures to complete syllabus including additional activities such as quiz, viva- questions and objective based paper that include competitive exam questions with solution- discussion 12. To felicitate each department, semester-topper of each branch, semester-topper of college and best faculty (department wise, semester wise) for RTU result 13. To start college newsletter (One per semester) and a magazine (One per year) highlighting various activities, participations and achievements 14. To start common weekly meetings of HODs with director to address and discuss key issues 15. To handover every student (in a bunch of 4-5 per faculty) of final year to faculties of department to ensure placement and result 16. To motivate faculties to teach through standard books 17. Specific in-house training programs on demanding technologies through industrial personnel 18. To start a club social activities with a name 19. To start technical clubs in each department or group of departments (ECE, EE & CSE and ME, CE) 20. To mandate a faculty uniform if possible
