Ict Police Report For Monologue
Description of Accident/Issue: In an act of self defence, Mrs. Katelyn Fisher pushed her
husband away, leading to his fall on the stairs that later put him in the hospital. Mr. Richard
Fisher was physically abusing his 17 year old daughter, Alexandra Rose Fisher, and his 15
year old son, Ricky Jones Fisher. Both his children and his wife needed medical assistance
after the incident. Mr. Fisher was severely injured in his fall down the stairs. Mr. Fisher fell
headfirst. After a quick alcohol test, the results proved our suspicions. Mr. Fisher was drunk
when the incident took place. Mr. and Mrs. Fisher have had domestic accidents in the past.
Mr. Fisher has been proven to have anger issues. He is also an alcoholic.
Actions Taken: Police came to the scene of the crime 7 minutes after the 911 call took place.
Paramedics were dealing with the injuries. Mr. Richard Fisher was unconscious and
unresponsive. Mrs. Katelyn Fisher was distraught. We received a small statement from Mrs.
Fisher: “I didn’t know what to do. I was just trying to protect my kids. I didn’t mean to hurt
him in any way. He was coming at me and my kids with murderous intent after drinking, so I
pushed him away and he fell down the stairs.” We tested for alcohol poisoning in Mr. Fisher's
blood. Although there was no alcohol poisoning, there was clear evidence of Mr. Fisher's
drinking habits. We later investigated the household for any incriminating evidence. A gun
was found in Mr. Fisher's home, and clear signs of struggle throughout the house, such as
holes in the walls, most likely resulted from an avoided punch. We received a statement from
Mr. Fisher’s daughter, Alexandra Rose Fisher, who we have known for a few years now. Her
statement: “He was trying to hurt my mom. He has been doing this for years but Mom is too
scared to ever get help. I knew it was going to get to this point eventually. I thought he was
going to kill us all. I’ve been thinking about this since I was four years old. I can’t bear to be
at home with him.” A few years back Alexandra had ran away from home due to the horrid
conditions. Her missing persons report will be attached.
Report Summary: If Mr. Fisher is to survive his fall, which is unlikely, he will be given a
court hearing. If proven guilty, or if Mr. Fisher pleads guilty, the judge will decide his time.
Mrs. Fisher will now take full custody of Alexandra Rose Fisher and Ricky Jones Fisher.
Mrs. Fisher Jones has requested a restraining order in case Mr. Fisher survives his fall or is
found innocent of his crime.
