APPLICATION OF TRIZ MODEL ON SEARCH ENGINE

1. SEGMENTATION

According to Triz model segment the product into independent parts is important for innovation.

Google segment its search engine into different


parts such as google scholar or g-mail etc.

2. EXTRACTION

Extract a disturbing part or property from an


object and/or single out the only necessary part
or property

Jughead: Searched file names and titles in Gopher index systems, but only searched a single
server at a time in 1993 while Veronica: Searched file names and titles stored in Gopher index
systems in 1992.

3. LOCAL QUALITY

By changing the structure of products in a specific place, the desired product is created

By merging functions, properties or parts of a product in space or time, a new or unique result is
created.
