1.1 Mobilization Status:
Heavy Equipment Status as of today: CIGIN NEXT
Bulldozer – 2 units WEEK
Backhoe – 1 unit (additional 1 is on standby when drainage works and
fencing will commence.
Roller Compactor – 2 units
Dump track – 60 average per day, with hauling average of 220 trips/day
Boom track – 1 unit
Manpower: (total of 50)
Operator - 6
Fabrication of RCP Pipes – 5
Fencing – 20
Drainage team installation – 6
Skilled & unskilled labour – 10
Survey Team - 3

1.2 Materials samples and Submittals


-Materials data and soil classification are ready to submit. FDT conducted on CIGIN THIS
the first layer and second layer of road and block embankment. Cigin WEEK
submitted test results of FDT. Cylinder sample is also conducted for the RCP
pipes fabrication. Cigin to submit test results as well as rebar testing.

1.3 Safety Precautions and Signages


- Uniforms and safety vest are now in used for personnel working on the traffic CIGIN THIS
safety of hauling from coming in and out of the site. WEEK
Additional signages precaution will be added on the site premises.

1.4 Security Guard on Duty


-Cigin will provide 2 Security guard on duty as the work now is in progress CIGIN Feb 10,
and some equipment and materials are coming. 2020
Cigin confirmed that they already negotiating local security agency for the
contract of 2 Security guards. Deployment of 2 Security guards is on Monday
February 10, 2020 (Tentative).

1.5 Temporary Filed Office (CLI)


-Delivery of 2 20 footer container van was delayed due to the equipment
breakdown of Boom track. A boom track is needed in lifting and arranging
those 2 20 footer van and will be included in shifting. However, Cigin CIGIN THIS
confirmed that the boom track is now repaired and shifting of those container WEEK
van will be this week. Cigin also to start preparing the power and water supply
for the Field office that once it is here on site, it can be used immediately.

1.6 Road Tracing Work ASAP


-Ongoing road tracing work. CLI will conduct the final relocation survey with CIGIN/CLI
Maquiling Surveying Services on Friday February 8, 2020 to finalize lot
boundaries and road layout. Also the fencing works could start.
Final FCD Plans
1.7 -CLI Engineering and Cigin have already agreed and finalise the final Grade
elevation as per Cigin proposed grade elevation. CLI Engineering to issue CLI/CLI ASAP
FCD Plans. For the meantime, Cigin is using the agreed plans on site that Engineerin
Cigin proposed. g
Daily Activity Report
1.8 -Cigin already had format for the DAR and will start submitting. An additional CIGIN ASAP
staff office engineer for Cigin will be deploy next week.

1.9 Drainage Work System


-Fabrication of RCP pipes as of now is more than 700 pcs, 300mm, 400mm
and 460mm. Cigin will start to fabricate the 1.20m RCP pipes intended for the CIGIN Next week
Trench Line A TO B.
1.10 Access Road for Villagers
-Cigin already done clearing and backfilling works on the access road. Small
portion is remaining near the existing but it is now used by the villagers. CIGIN ASAP
1.11 Board Up Fence at Entrance Road
-Cigin already fabricated and installed the board up fence frame for signages. CIGIN THIS
Remaining is only the GI Sheets. Will finished this week WEEK
1.12 Existing Canal Along Road Lot 31
-An existing canal that passes through Road Lot 31. CLI and Cigin agreed
that Cigin will provide RCP Pipes 2-600mm diameter pipes. Cigin to check the CIGIN ASAP
elevation of water line. Cigin to submit shopdawings.
