Thank you for considering Segarra seaside escape as a possible venue for your forthcoming function. The seaside venue is
located at the Sandy Carnaval Beach of Ancol Bay City in the northern tip of Jakarta. Segarra becomes one of the best place in
Jakarta for outdoor venue. People also have many interesting choices of dining area. From the most popular al fresco dining
deck, private rattan bed, cozy lounge with air con, to private dinning rooms all decorated with modern Indonesian interior.

Segarra Seaside Escape shall be arranged for a wedding party (or other parties), there will be 2 areas

Segarra 1st floor:

The venue shall be arranged for 300- 800 persons (fyi. Could be arranged for a maximum 1000 persons)
Most of the area are an open-air / outdoor :
• Beach, Deck areas (left & right side), Play-Ground
Besides, we also have some in-door venues :
• Dining In-door (no A/C facility - the doors could be opened, facing to the beach/sea
• VIP rooms with the A/C facility, plus terrace / Pergola

Lounge, 2nd floor:

For any reception, based on the expected attendance of 100 persons to a maximum 200 persons, shall be arranged in this area.
Should there be any special arrangement, we would be happy to discuss with you, because most of the furniture un-removable.

The minimum spending will be applied to this event, at Rp. 185.000.000,- (Subject to 8.5% service charge and 10%
applicable government tax). The venue shall be holding from the morning (early in the morning for preparation) till
the end of the party at a maximum 21:00 hours. With the extended hours will be charge IDR. 30.000.000,- per hour

B. Deck Area (left side)

The minimum spending will be applied to this event, at Rp. 30.000.000,- (Subject to 8.5% service charge and 10%
applicable government tax) The venue shall be holding for the reception till 21:00 hours. With the extended hours will
be charge IDR. 5.000.000,- per hour

The minimum spending For holding our Lounge, 2nd floor, at Rp. 60.000.000,- (Subject to 8.5% service charge and
10% applicable government tax) The venue shall be holding for the reception till 21:00 hours. With the extended
hours will be charge IDR. 7.500.000,- per hour

Entertainment:

Hold on certain area: Since the Segarra venue is open air area, to avoid any conflict with the other client, the music will be
arranged by Segarra (CD Music)

Hold all space: Should the client holding the whole area on 1 floor, we are allowed the client to arrange their own
entertainment

Additional Information:
We would like to inform you, should there be any event which is holding the whole area on the 1st floor or Lounge, 2nd floor
(closing for public), to avoid any complaint or minimize-problem occurred during the event, we will open one of the venue
(either 1st floor or 2nd floor) for walk-in guest and our regular client. Segarra will provide security, please not bring your
security.

 GENERAL TERM

The confirmation of your reservation implies the full understanding and acceptance of the
present General Terms of Agreement.

Confirmation of event and term of payment

Kindly note that this contract does not guarantee that the date is blocked for your event and
confirmed at latest 3 working days prior to the event. ONLY a secured deposit minimum IDR
25.000.000 of estimated cost will confirm the reservation. In case of cancellation or
postponement, the deposit is not refundable and transferable. 50% from the remain of balance
should be received by Segarra at least 5 (five) months prior the event. The remain balance of
payment should be received by Segarra at least 3 (three) working days prior the event.

Cancelation – Postponement Policy

Please ensure that any cancellation in advised immediately to the Segarra, or preferably in
writing both parties agree that there shall be no right termination of this agreement for the sole
purpose of holding the same venue and space venue and space some other facility in Jakarta of
Indonesia. In the event this agreement is cancelled or postponed, the organization shall be
charged cancellation.

Fee as per the following schedule:

In case of cancellation or postponement, the deposit is not refundable and transferable
• Notice of 91 – 150 days
50% of the total revenue will be forfeited in favor of the Segarra
as Jakarta Cancellation Fee
• Notice of 30 days
70% of the total revenue will be forfeited in favor of the Segarra as
Jakarta Cancellation Fee
• Notice of 20 days
80% of the total revenue will be forfeited in favor of the Segarra
Jakarta as Cancellation Fee
• Notice of 14 days
90% of the total revenue will be forfeited in favor of the Segarra
Jakarta as Cancellation Fee
• Notice of 9 days
100% of the total revenue will be forfeited in favor of the Segarra
Jakarta as Cancellation Fee
• In case of force major
