    Guidance Notes:
    This form shall be used where Engineering Data cannot be retrieved from QP Technical Document Management
    System. Consideration to QP eMindset initiatives shall be made when requesting prints, justification for the same shall
    be clearly explained in the relevant section. Note that only A1 and A0 size drawing prints will be provided. For smaller
    sizes the associated PDF file shall be requested. Request for GIS Mapping / Data Service Request available on QP-Net
    under Technical Services Department.
