    A RESOLUTION FOR THE RELEASE OF THE AMOUNT


    PHP 3,767.00

    A RESOLUTION BY THE KASAMA/SSC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE


    IN THE REQUEST DATED 01 JULY 2019

    WHEREAS, relative to the provisions of Article XIII (Funds and Disbursements), Section 3, Item a of the
    KASAMA/ SSC Constitution and By-Laws of 2000, “no disbursements shall be made without the appropriate
    resolution prepared by the Committee on Budget and Appropriations and approved by the Congress of Louisians;”

    WHEREAS, the abovementioned student organization and/or office has requested for the release of the
    appropriated amount to undertake the activity mentioned in their letter supported by attachment which include their
    computation of expenses and three canvass forms;

    WHEREAS, the members of the Executive Committee find the requested amount reasonable as duly audited by the
    Secretary for Audit;

    NOW, THEREFORE, on the motion of ATHENA CRISELLE A. LEONEN, KASAMA/SSC Secretary for
    Finance (Short Term 2019), with the unanimous decision accord of the members of the Executive Committee of the
    Supreme Student Council of Saint Louis University present;

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the members of the Executive Committee in a session


    assembled to approve the release of three thousand seven hundred sixty-seven pesos only (Php 3,767.00) of the
    KASAMA/SSC School of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts Appropriated Fund (Short Term 2019).

    Unanimously approved this 1st of July, 2019, at the the Executive Committee Office, Room 07B of the SLU
    Student Center, Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines.
