February 09, 2020 was our second meeting but it is the first time I attend
this class. Before we start for today’s class, we began the day by electing officers
who will be in charge of monitoring so preserving the class's unity particularly
when we begin our immersion.
As soon as officers were picked, ma'am began explaining our next subject
and goal and doing paper works such as project introduction, questionnaire,
emails, surveys, and our Income Generation Proposal (IGP). The class was
subsequently divided into five (5) different groups, in which we discussed among
ourselves what our IGP will be and how we will properly execute it. When
discussing what our IGP should be, we seem to know each other's thoughts as
well as being able to connect with our community and it has been a positive start
for us because we have a long way to go. Our group’s conversation was fantastic
as all the participants seemed to share their thoughts and reason them out.
Whilst the discussion is currently underway one amongst our members

suggested that we all should make a schedule of what, who, and when we will
sell those products in the market that we can maximize our schedule without
affecting any one of our important subjects, enough that our customers wouldn't
get upset about how we sell and what we sell them. Today's next discussion on
the project was proposed and we all agreed on vegetable planting, feeding
program, emergency preparedness, recycling program, and dengue awareness.
We are considering our budget, skills, and knowledge to decide what proposal
we will be carrying out. Finally, ma'am left us with the task to do to pass the next
session.
February 23, 2020
February 16, 2020 was supposed to be our third meeting, but it was
suspended due to the entrance examination of new student in university. Hence,
we have our third meeting on February 23, 2020.
We began the session with a proper discussion of the necessary items to

conduct a program whereby ma'am advised us that planning and readiness for a
program come in handy when conducting a program. That would be to attract the
consumer or participants with the program and not get annoyed with it since the
viewer is the biggest reason we’re running a program. As well, ma'am informed
everyone how to develop a program effectively and how to finish it correctly,
since there is a particular way to do it in executing a project so that the program
can go peacefully.
We as a team gave our suggestions and then we started receiving our

proposal for a project and unexpectedly it was approved immediately with just a
few adjustments and we can start addressing our next move.
And once we begin discussing many details I started assigning roles to

everyone and what we will do to help the community reach our goals. And I
assign them who will be responsible for campaigning, buying a good option for us
to earn a reasonable return, so we can extend our schedule of what, who, when
we sell our product. We also started collecting funds so we could start our
Income Generating Proposal (IGP).
March 01, 2020
This particular day was our fourth meeting in NSTP 2. When our class
started we didn't spend all of our energy on anything and we didn't go dormant
for a moment. We began our day by addressing our questionnaire and what it
might look like or how we will properly execute it, and I also began assigning
tasks to those participants who will be in charge of the process for the survey and
letters.
In the meantime, we keep reminding that our timeline ought to be a concrete plan
of the entire seminar from the very beginning to the very end and that every
minute facet, whether it is straightforward and easy or not, must, therefore, be
would include, whether it is regardless of size information, something else is that
and the alternate solution must be provided with a failure plan.
As we're not spending our time while our conversation is going on, we've
collected our profits from our Income Generating proposal (IGP) from our
allocated individual and goods after receiving them, we prefer to isolate our
money from our revenues and retain our profits and while our money is another
opportunity for us to start our IGP.
In the meantime, we have made additional information about our questionnaires

and who is willing to take responsibility for them, and we as a group have agreed
that we should meet in one place so that we do not get lost. I always told them
what part they will do in the final project proposal.
And then, before the meeting is reconvened we are informed that we will be
holding the seminar beyond the basis of the school so be aware of the location
and be alert.
