“Most Filipino lacks regular exercise”. According to Dumlao-Abadilla (2016), 61% of

the populations in the Philippines don’t exercise. In that sense, the students in St. Mary’s College
of Meycauayan plan for a project proposal that benefits the people in the locality of Gasak about
health awareness and fitness with recreational activity. Health awareness is a vital part of a
foundation’s mission and impact (Diabetes workshop, 2015). Additionally, health awareness is
all about the information that contains healthy habits, benefits, and importance of food, health
fitness and prevention of disease.

According Havard Health Publishing (2019) exercising regularly, every day if possible, is
single most important thing you can do for your health. Health fitness is associated with control
of appetite, boost mood and improve sleep. Also it reduces risk of heart diseases, depression,
stroke, cancer and depression. To cope up with these illnesses, people should involve on some
recreational activities. There are aerobic and anaerobic activities that are under the fitness
program, specifically Zumba. Zumba can count toward the 150 minus. A week of moderate both
