    BRIDGING THE GAP

    COMPREHENSIVE PROFESSIONAL APPROACH

    INTRODUCTION

    Architecture has been recognized as the ‘Mother of all


    Arts’ as it encompasses all the five sen0ses. It
    attaches an emotional bond between the space and
    the user and has the power to align and direct
    behaviors.

    Formal education however, often lacks to provide the


    skill set required to conceptualize, formalize and
    completely execute the vision of an architect , not
    enabling an architect to reach the ultimate goal .

    “Bridging The Gap “ – as the phrase suggests it’s a


    knowledge sharing platform where a student or an
    architect can upgrade and fill those incomplete gaps
    which cannot be done in the regular classes.

    It will be an avenue for students to learn through our


    activity programs ranging from short duration
    seminars to 3-4 week programs
    INTEGRATED PROFESSIONAL
    PROGRAM ( IPP)
    IPP bridges the gap between the education and the
    need of the field . It focuses on the practical capabilities
    of an architect and directs the program towards
    enhancing them.

    The concept of commerce and economics are alienated


    in course of technical education. However , important
    parameters such as book keeping, accounting, stage
    wise proportion & release of payments or fee
    calculation are introduced in the course module.

    IPP also focuses on a cumulative and enhanced


    professional approach which tackles an overall
    spectrum on the field, commanding the architect to be
    knowledgeable about all the spheres.

    We sincerely hope that through our program we would


    be able to equip the architect with commercial,
    technical and resourceful mindset & skill set to
    effectively execute any project.
    LEARNING AVENUE

    INTERACTIVE SEMINAR – 3 TO 5 hours focusing on


    short topics which cannot be learnt during regular
    classes of formal education.
    Charges – Rs. 500 per student ( minimum 10 students )
    0r 8500 per seminar

    LECTURE SERIES – 2 TO 3 days of lecture series ( each


    day of 3-4 hours ) focusing on all the detail aspects of
    design related topics like sustainable design,
    illumination design interior and landscape design.
    Charges – 15000 per lecture series

    INTEGRATED PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM – 21 day


    program meant only for final year students where
    students get insights about real issues of the field and
    consists of topics of economics and management of
    the project.
    Charges – 21000 per student
