    easily grasp which helped me in my recent position to reduce response time to trouble tickets by 40% thus improving our
    client satisfaction ratios. I as well helped clients both on site and remotely and have always demonstrated a keen ability to
    problem-solving. I have also worked as an ICT teacher at Bulenga Parents Secondary School and worked extensively for the
    well being of the school and students.
