    said manbasket whilst it is suspended and without tagline.

    Inspector Recommendation: Stop using the manbasket,it must be third party certified and tested in order
    to ensure the safety of personnel

    5.06.8.1 SITE INSPECTION REPORT

    Its absolutely dangerous to used this manbasket this way…three


    persons with approximately 75 kilograms plus two cantilever brackets
    with approximate mass of 35 kg.

    The manbasket is not certified and also used for materials for
    sometime,thus it is surely stress enough,this could lead to falling of
    personnel if unsafe used is continued.
