    critical lifting plan is not correct they based on the load chart Demag P85400 which is not based on the crane load chart. It was found the load chart used for AC-300-6 is incorrect
    found in the system or even in operator manual. they based on Demag P-85400. prior to approved the permit to work.

    found the load chart that used as basis for filling out the critical lifting plan is not correct,
    the actual crane used AC-300-6 and load chart they based is Demag P85400.
