Bengaluru-562164 Circular Date: 13.07.2020 Summer Term Semester End Examinations-2020 The students of I, III, V and VII Semester B.E. who have registered for Summer Term-2020 are hereby informed that: 1. The Summer Term Semester End Examinations are scheduled from 20.07.2020 2. The mode of Examination is ONLINE only. 3. The students who are either not able to appear or not able to perform well in Online Examination may appear for the same in offline examination conducted when the college reopens and normalcy is restored. 4. Students who are not in a position to appear for Online Examination may submit their request using the link http://tiny.cc/fql8rz on or before 16.07.2020. 5. The Examination is conducted in two parts: Written Online Examination (60 marks) and MCQ based Online Quiz (40 marks). Securing 40% of the marks in each part are compulsory to pass in the SEE. 6. The written examination consists of 2 questions from each module. The students will have to answer selecting one question from each module. Each question carries 12 marks. It is a proctored examination and the duration of the examination is 2 hours. 7. Students shall use plain A4 size sheets for answering the questions and upload the scanned copies of the answers sheets. Students shall put their USN, Course code, passport size photo and signature in each page at the top right corner and also mention the page number at the bottom right corner. Students are informed to purchase sufficient number of A4 size sheets for writing the examination. 8. Students are informed to keep their laptop/mobile charged and use the web camera/microphone for the purpose of online proctoring of the examination. 9. The Semester End Examination for Practical Courses, Seminars and Projects, if any, shall be notified and conducted by the respective departments. 10.The detailed time table of Summer Term SEE will be announced shortly. 11.The contents of this circular may please be brought to the notice of all the concerned students through course teachers and counselors.
