Anticipate an average Electrician
Burden toward the slower less prime electrician (not sand bagging, it’s just business)
d. Client Audit – Our time must reflect what is billed
e. Is the tech an onsite technician (ex. Halliburton)? ____________________________
Client monitors hours worked and audits so we must remain onsite for the hours were are billing for on
T & M.

4. Paperwork and Materials


a. Make a manifest – list and price on supply house – plus 35% and tax

5. Photos
a. Take LOTS of photos and provide a wide perception. THE BIG VIEW.

6. PM / Administration
a. Account for PM / Administration support
b. Account for Estimate time in bid as well.
