GENERAL GUIDELINES
NEWLY-HIRED UTILITY HELPER TRAINING KIT REMINDERS:
1. This Trainee’s Kit was developed for newly-hired Utility Helper to maximize their learning about
basic product information’s and services being offered at Wilcon.
2The Trainee should accomplish his/her Daily Training Journal during the 7-days training period. The
same should be submitted to the Supervisor daily for safekeeping before leaving Branch premises.
Its contents may not be photocopied or shared with others, except to his/her Supervisor.
1. After the 7-days training and assessment period, the trainee should forward the same Training
to Wilcon Head Office care-of Training Department for evaluation.
PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
1. To test the Trainee’s understanding and absorption, the Trainee will be given a written exam.
The Trainee are required to complete the Preliminary Exam within 15 minutes, for submission to
the Facilitator.
2. This examination is graded and will form part of the Trainee’s overall performance as trainee.
3. The Trainee is also required to accomplish the Training Journal daily which should be submitted
daily to your Facilitator.

5. The Trainee should be given a Performance Appraisal upon completion of the 7 -day training.
