    Description Physical Properties


    Estoflex PU800 is a single component Polyurethane based liquid Elongation at Break 800 %
    applied waterproofing membrane. ASTM D 412-90
    It cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough Tensile Strength, (N/mm2) > 0.5
    elastomeric seamless waterproof membrane. ASTM D412-90

    It is formulated for use on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Water Vapour Transmission, 9
    (g/m2/d)
    Estoflex PU800 has been tested by SIRIM BHD, in accordance to
    BS 1881 Part 122:1983, on Water Absorption Test and ASTM Water Absorption Test <1%
    D412, on Elongation & Tensile Strength Test, and complied with BS 1881 Part 122:1983
    the specification in this data sheet.

    Application Instruction
    Uses
    Estoflex PU800 provides a continuous, water and vapour proof
    membrane for concrete. It is suitable and being used at Surface Preparation
    • R.C. Flat Roofs / Suspended floors All the surfaces must be clean, free from grease, oil, laitance,
    • Balconies / Patios / Tunnels and remove all the dirt and contaminants, which might affect

    Priming Precaution
    For porous concrete substrate a mixture of 1 part Estoflex Ensure adequate ventilation when applying Estoflex PU800.
    PU800 and 1 part xylene is used as primer before application of Wear impervious gloves and barrier cream if user is sensitive to

    Application Methods Additional Information

    Storage
    Estoflex PU800 should be stored in original unopened packaging
    in dry conditions under ambient room temperature.

    Under these conditions, the product will have a shelf life of 12


    months.

    Shelf life may reduce if stored in extreme heat locations.
