    I, Munna Lal, S/o Shri Sardar Raghubir Singh, aged about ____ years,
    resident of Old City, Dholpur, Rajasthan, at present in New Delhi, do
    hereby solemnly declare and state as under:

    1. That I am the Petitioner No.2 in the above matter and therefore


    competent to swear the present Affidavit in support of the Additional
    Grounds in Review Petition.

    2. That I have gone through the contents of the Additional


    Grounds taken in Review Petition and have understood the
    same.

    3. That the facts stated in the accompanying Additional


    Grounds in Review Petition are true and correct to my
    knowledge and belief and as per information derived from
    the records of the case.

    4. That Annexures are true copies of their respective


    originals.

    5. That the contents of the accompanying Additional Grounds


    in Review Petition has been explained to me in vernacular
    and I state that the same are true and correct to the best of
    my knowledge and belief.
