Rell Heat Exchanger Services BV is a company that specializes in maintenance and

reconditioning of all kinds and brands of heat exchangers.
We will be more than happy to assist you with service, overhaul, cleaning, new heat exchangers,
gaskets, parts and other maintenance.

Overhaul, repair of refurbishment of heat exchangers;
High intensive use of a heat exchanger, for example by working with

high temperatures, constant operation of the heat exchanger and

Air coolers;
Every air cooler will become contaminated in time with dirt, dust or
scaling. This will reduce the performance of the air cooler
significantly. In order to retain full capacity we advise our customers
to maintain their air coolers on a regular basis.
With our new state of the art ultrasonic bath we can reach the most
deepest dirt of the air cooler. Besides cleaning the inside of the core
our chemicals are also removing any scaling inside the tubes of the
cooler.
We also pressure test every air cooler to make sure it is tight before
installing it back. If we find leaking tubes we can test tube by tube
in order to see which pipe is leaking, and we will plug it.
Plate Heat Exchangers;
We have an apart specially equipped workshop to recondition your

plate heat exchangers. This cleaning facility is equipped with various
heated chemical baths and high pressure cleaning equipment to
clean the plates.
In a dark room we can carry out the dye check in order to detect
every tiny crack in the plates, we test every single plate apart.
We also have an oven in which we can provide the plate and glued
gaskets with a good adhesion.
We keep the most common spare plates in stock and have large
amounts of new gaskets in stock. We deliver new plates and gaskets
worldwide.
Our on-site service is 24/7 and 7 days a week. We can offer 1 day
dismantling and re-assembly of a plate heat exchanger in order to
reduce the turnaround time.
New Heat Exchangers;
We can manufacture any type of (replacement) heat exchanger

such as shell & tubes, air coolers, plate heat exchangers etc. We can
calculate complete new heat exchanger or offer replacement heat
exchangers anywhere in the world. Best quality with the best price
guaranteed.
Tube bundles;
Oil pollution, lime (scaling) or other residues are cleaned with

special chemical cleaning and high pressure jetting. Heaters, oil
coolers or any other tube bundles will be thoroughly inspected,
repaired, overhauled and pressure tested at the desired pressure.
We can make new (replacement) tube bundles or re-tube the

existing cooler. We can re-tube the complete tube stacks or only
the part that is leaking in some cases.
Plugging of leaking tubes (also on location) is one of the

Box coolers;
The main problems with a contaminated box cooler are mussels, barnacles, algae or other growth.
Preventive maintenance would be recommended but often to difficult to fulfill.
First we use our chemical bath specifically for cleaning box coolers and after that we use our
high pressure jetting equipment to get to every last piece of dirt.
We will provide new gasket and pressure test every box cooler before it leaves our workshop.
After we’re done, your box cooler is performing as it should be again.
Delivery of new or replacement box coolers can be done worldwide

by us. We can calculate what you need. We can also provide a new
coating layer on the tube.
Building out a box cooler which is heavily contaminated After we did our job the box cooler is brand new and ready
with barnacles and mussels. Ready to take to our workshop to be at full performance again. Pressure tested and delivered
for a proper chemical cleaning job. with new gaskets.
Besides al the heat exchangers we refurbish we also clean filters,
cylinder heads, engine blocks etc. and we coat
damaged covers with glass flake.
