COMPLIANCE
COMES NOW the petitioner through the undersigned counsel and unto
this Honorable Court, most respectfully submits this COMPLIANCE to the
following:
1. Order of the Honorable Court dated August 11, 2014 to submit in writing
whether or not the petitioner and the undersigned counsel are related to
the Branch Clerk of Court, stating therein degree of relationship by affinity
or consanguinity. Attached herein is the manifestation of the
undersigned pursuant to the said order.
2. Order of the Honorable Court dated August 11, 2014 to submit the
complete/certified Book IV (Relatives) Civil Code of Japan. Attached herein
is the copy of The Civil Code of Japan from Article 745 to 771. We pray
that Judicial Notice is applied for the said Civil Code of Japan applying
other cases filed before this Honorable Court.
3. Order of the Honorable Court dated August 12, 2014, to send a copies of
the Petition and the said order to Yoshihiro Katano at petitioner’s expense.
The Petition was already sent on August 5, 2014 through International
Registered Receipt No. RR 304 701055 attached in the Petition, and this
order is being sent to Mr. Katano through this Compliance by attaching a
copy of the said Order dated August 12, 2014.
