    USE 30000 L Semi-trailer Refueller reliable and ergonomic dedicated to the aircraft
    refuelling.
    A single person is able to operate the vehicle.

    FUELLING PERFORMANCES 2500 LPM through the two 30m 2’’1/2 hoses EN1361-C (U/W nozzles).
    200 LPM through the 1’’1/2 hose assembly EN1361-C (O/W nozzle).

    DEFUELLING Through the 2 underwing nozzle lines.

    SEMI-TRAILER TANK It is a single compartment with a capacity of 30000 L + 5% alluage mounted on a


    single axle.
    It is constructed in stainless steel (in accordance with ADR).
    It includes the following equipments :
    - 1 tank gauge,
    - 1 calibration rod,
    - 2 manholes 500mm with overpressure security,
    - 2 pneumatic vent valves,
    - 1 walkway along the top of the tank equipped with a handrail,
    - 1 bottom loading valve,
    - 1 pneumatic foot valve,
    - 1 high level detector with testing operation on each side of the tank,

    - 1 bottom loading aircraft couplings 2’’1/2 type, with dust cap, located on control
    station side, 1blinded flange on opposite side,
    - 1 recirculation test facility located on control station side,

    CENTRIFUGAL PUMP Self priming, single stage high pressure pump.


    Hydraulically driven.

    FILTER & STRAINER One Filter Water Separator built in steel with internal epoxy coated.
    In total compliance with API 1581 5° edition norm.
    It is delivered with :
    - 1 set of new filter elements,
    - 1 air eliminator,
    - 1 foam return line to the tank
    - 2 draining valves
    - 1 visiflow indicator
    - 1 differential pressure gauge
    - 1 water detector
    A strainer is installed upstream the centrifugal pump.

    SAMPLING SYSTEM Sampling from inlet and outlet filter through TA Visual Fuel Check Sampler (4L
    closed sampling system) equipped with external SWD fitting. Sample box for 4
    jars. Recovery tank 40L capacity. Sample box for 2 jars.

    MESURING SYTEM One mechanical meter 2500 LPM with mechanical readout.
    Equipped with adapted lighting for night operations.
    Adapted for Refuelling & Defuelling Operations.

    HOSE REEL The hose reel is of Titan Aviation conception. It is driven hydraulically, self
    lubricated and without chain.

    REGULATION Primary : Through the 2 underwing nozzles rated at 45 PSI.


    Secondary : Through the regulating valve.

    CONTROL PANEL It groups the following equipments :


    - Pump Vacuum pressure gauge.
    - Pump pressure gauge
    - Regulated pressure gauge.
    - Air regulation pressure gauge
    - Hydraulic pressure gauge
    - Differential pressure gauge
    - Emergency stop.
    - Override Interlock
    - Engine throttle.
    - Intermittent/timer controlled Deadman, with buzzer sound & deadman
    activation light.

    - Electric continuity.
    - Emergency stop on each side of the vehicle.
    - Two 12kgs BC type fire extinguishers with storage on both side of the vehicle.
    - One 2kgs fire extinguisher placed on the cabin.
    - Speed limitation at 25 km/h.
    - Interlock override, red light, with buzzer in cab.
