    Dear Sir:

    The advent of COVID-19 pandemic in our country has brought several discomforts to our
    people. One of which is the restriction of movement of our firearm holders who intend to renew
    their registration, not to mention our new gun holders’ intention to comply with the requirements
    of the law.

    To bring these services closer to the people which will ease the influx of walk-in applicants in
    the Police Regional Civil Security Unit and accommodate clients who are subject to limited
    movement, the Provincial Government of Sultan Kudarat thru the adept leadership of Hon.
    Suharto T. Mangudadatu, Provincial Governor of Sultan Kudarat, will be conducting a “One
    Stop LTOPF Caravan on September 17-18 at 8:00 am to 12 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm to be
    held at the Sultan Kudarat Sports and Cultural Center. Said Caravan is in coordination with
    Regional Finance Service Office 12, Regional Crime Laboratory Office 12, Sultan Kudarat
    Provincial Police Office, PNP Health Service 12 and Regional Civil Security Unit.

    In view of this, may we request the assistance of your office to send in personnel to extend
    services by giving the needed drug test and other necessary requirements by our clienteles
    therein.
