    DEMAND LETTER

    FRANCIS EBIO
    Lot 2892-N, Brgy. 77-E DC Homes, Tacloban City
    September 27, 2019

    Sir:

    The undersigned is the counsel of Yrna O. Caña, the lawful owner of Lot 26-
    B-1-C-1, Brgy Tunasan Municipality of Muntinlupa.

    It has been intimated to me that you are unlawfully withholding the


    possession over the parcel of land from my client. Several demands were
    already given to you to vacate but still you are unlawfully withholding the
    possession thereof to the damage and detriment of my client.

    In view of the foregoing, you are hereby given a period of FIFTEEN (15) days
    from receipt of this notice to peacefully vacate said premises. Otherwise we
    shall be compelled to file the necessary cases against you, both civil and
    criminal.

    Consider this as your last and final demand. Please give this matter a
    preferential attention to avoid the stress of litigation in Court.
