    1 Future for predictions

    I Time Expressions:
    You tonight= esta noche
    She/He/ It + WILL / WON´T + Verb… next year= prox. año
    We next month= prox. Mes
    They tomorrow= mañana
    Examples:
    1 I will study medicine next year. ( Estudiaré medicina el próximo año)
    2 We won´t probably open markets abroad. ( probablemente no abriremos
    mercados en el extranjero)
    3 She will go into partnership when the pandemic is over. ( Ella se asociará
    cuando la pandemia termine).
    LET´S PRACTISE:

    Jim asked a fortune teller about his life. Here is what she told him….
    Instructions:
    1 Fill in the blanks with the verb below. Use will or won´t ( for Negative).
    2 Then, translate the sentences into Spanish, see the example in no. 1
    follow – become – meet – support – respect – earn – have – happen – travel-
    overwork
    Example:
    1 You will earn a lot of money = Ganarás mucho dinero
    LET´S PRACTISE

     INSTRUCTIONS:
     1 Fill in the blanks with: am – is – are and the verb in ( ).
     2 Then, translate the sentences into Spanish. See the example:

     1 I am going to meet him tomorrow. (Meet) = Lo voy a conocer mañana / Me voy a


    encontrar con él mañana)
    Now You:

     2 You are going to get a funding in september. (get)Vas a conseguir financiamiento en sept.
     3 He is going to make a deposit on Monday. (make) EL va a hacer un deposito el lunes
     4 She´s going to withdraw tomorrow morning. (withdraw) Ella va a girar mañana en la mañana.
    5 We´re going to write the report later.( write). Vamos a escribir el informe más tarde.
     6 They are going to offer a proposal on tuesday. (offer) Van a ofrecer una propuesta el martes.
    7 My boss is going to spend all the budget soon. (spend) Mi jefe va a gastar todo el presupuesto…
     8 We are going to buy bonds & shares next month. (buy)Vamos a comprar bonos & acciones…..
     9 The number of debtors is going to increase(increase) El no. de deudores va a aumentar.
     10 My father is going to wash his car tonight. (wash) Mi papá va a lavar su auto esta noche.
     11 The operators are going to reject the transaction. (reject) Los operadores van a rechazar……
    2 Future for Plans

    I am Other time expressions:


    You are later = más tarde
    He-She-It is (NOT) + GOING TO + verb…. in 2050
    We are in 2 years time= dentro de
    They are 2 años, etc

    Examples:
    1 I am going to get a loan next week. ( voy a obtener o conseguir un préstamo la próxima semana)
    2 She is NOT going to chair the meeting tomorrow, ( Ella no va a dirigir la reunión mañana)
    3 They are going to invest in 2021. ( Ellos van a invertir en el 2021)
    Now You:

     2 You will travel around the world. Viajarás por el mundo.


     3 You will meet lots of interesting people. Conocerás mucha gente interesante.
     4 Everybody will respect you. Todos te respetarán
     5 You won´t have any economical problems. No tendrás ningún problema económico.
     6 Many people will follow you everywhere. Mucha gente te seguirá a todas partes.
     7 They will support all your projects. Ellos apoyarán todos tus proyectos.
     8 You will become a successful businessman. Te convertirás en un exitoso hombre de
    negocios.
     9 You won´t overwork in your life again. No trabajarás demás en tu vida de nuevo.
     10 But all these things will happen only if you marry me! Pero todas estas cosas sucederán
    sólo si te casas conmigo!
     12 Vendors are going to reach the target in january 2021. (reach)
     Los vendedores van a alcanzar la meta en enero 2021.
     13 The General Manager is going to authorize the investment and
    payment procedures tomorrow. ( authorize)
     El gerente general va a autorizar la inversión y los procedimientos de
    pago.
