    1) The full cup theory explains that "you can not give what you don't have". "You
    need to walk the talk".

    answer:
    In my own understanding, what the full cup theory means is that a teacher would be
    an effective educator
    if he had some experiences that are relevant to his field of teaching. In that way,
    the teacher can expand
    well his ideas eather than being bookish One example would be, a music teacher
    would be a very good teacher
    if he had experienced playing in recitals, concerts, etc.

    2)Give 2 principles of teaching and learning then explain.

    answer:

    PRINCIPLE 5:There are many roads to learning- It means that there are many ways to
    learn and learning does not circulate only in the four walls of the classroom.
    Learning is influenced by different factors namely developmental differences,
    learning style, interests, and anything that influences attitude for learning.

    PRINCIPLE 6. Expect more and you will achieve more.


    This applies to both teachers and learners, however, I would focus more on the
    teachers' end.
    A teacher should set high expectations for his students. This means that the role
    of the teacher is
    to provide activities that would motivate and encourage students more to aim for
    excellence. Therefore,
    both teachers and students would be successful educators and learners if they would
    apply this said principle.
