1. Physical fitness contains activities that can make our body healthy and strong.

The components of physical fitness are cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle


strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body compositions. The physical
exercise and activities there promotes strong muscles and bones. Physical fitness
can help us do the activities that we do in our daily lives. And if our body is
healthy, our mind will also become healthy.
2. •Health - related fitness can be done by anyone. It is perfect for those people
who are unwilling to exercise at high intensities. The activities that are in health
related fitness are often characterized as lifetime activities.
• Skill - related fitness still includes health - related components but it also deals
with components related to physical performance. It would be the right choice for
the person who can and loves to do activities intensely.
Everyone can do health - related fitness but not everyone can do skill - related
fitness because it requires intense training.

4. The importance of the Principles of Training is we will know what training is


best for a particular activity. We should be aware about the FITT and SPORRRVIA
so that the training will be as effective as possible. And different activities need
different ways of training.
5. The WHO guidelines encourage us to do some physical activities to lessen the
rate of mortality because of lack of exercise. We should be mindful that whatever
we do, it will always reflect on our health and body. If we exercise enough, we will
be healthy and if not, we may become unhealthy and prone to different kinds of
diseases. We should always put into our minds that we are the one who are
responsible for our own health so we must be physically fit and always be mindful
of the things that we do.

in a university and even those underprivileged students. They will also strengthen
their engagement to the community and will make use of all the resources that the
school has.
