Personal Hygiene and Grooming for waiter
1. Always wash your hands. What are the proper times?
Before starting work and after all breaks.
After using the restroom. After coughing or sneezing. After using a handkerchief or tissue. After eating, drinking, or smoking. After handling raw foods. After handling soiled dishes or trash
2. Hair should be clean and well trimmed.
3. The uniform should be spotlessly clean & well ironed. 4. Nails should be well manicured & hands absolutely clean. 5. Shoes should be always polished. 6. Shaving must be necessary while entering the restaurant by waiter. 7. Avoid excessive jewelry. 8. Keep teeth clean. 9. Bath as often as possible. 10. Change socks daily. 11. Use deodorant daily. 12. Sneezing, Coughing or blowing the nose near food or customer should be avoided. 13. Shoes must be comfortable and clean. 14. Avoid excessive perfume or aftershave.
