Madame:

Good Day!

I am writing this letter to show my interest to serve for the position of secondary school English
teacher in your school. I am currently a Senior High School teacher in Buhaynasapa National
High School. In the interest of the service, I am planning to transfer my assignment in your
school for some valid reasons. I am confident that my experience and skills would be an asset to
your students’ learning and development.

Already a LET passer, I also completed my Master of Arts in Education, Major in English
Language Teaching last 2019 in Batangas State University- Main Campus. In addition, I’m also
taking up my Doctorate Degree in English in Philippine College of Health and Sciences – Manila
with 12 units earned and continually pursuing my studies.

As a teacher, my main goal is to motivate the students to do their best in order for them to
reach their full potential. I believe that my greatest teaching strength is my ability to
understand and relate to students’ unique needs and interests and facilitating them to learn
and to be a person with values and character.

I have vast teaching experience for the past six (6) years as an English teacher in Junior High
School students and Senior High School students. I have played an essential role as Homeroom
Adviser for almost six years, also. Apart from that, I also experienced teaching Korean students
and tutoring them regarding speaking and writing skills.

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationship to others. I have the ability to work
within a team. I believe that your school would give me the opportunity to learn more things in
my chosen field and that it would hone my teaching skills further.

Given my related experience and ample capabilities, I would appreciate your consideration for
this application. I look forward hearing from you discussing how I can contribute to our school
