SUBJECT: PROGRESS REPORT

RE: Suicide Bombing and bombing Incident
Date: October 3, 2020
1.REFERENCE:
a. Spot Report dated October 1, 2020; and
b. Blotter Entry No. 2020-004, Page 024 at about 5:40pm October 1, 2020.
2.This pertains to the suicide bombing and bombing incident that transpired at
about 3:15pm and 4:20pm, October 1, 2020 outside Jollibee infront of Chowking along
Boni Serrano, Quezon City wherein thirty one(31) were killed and one hundred(100)
were injured.
3.At about 8:00am October 2, 2020, investigator on case conduct follow up

investigation and interviewed the victims confined at QMMC. One of the victim named
Remedios Bunagan, 53 years old, married, house wife and presently residing at no. 23
A. Luna Street, Brgy Milagrosa Project 4 Quezon City. She said that while going to
market she saw a woman talking to soldier and tried to enter the cordoned area. While
looking at the woman, she noticed that the woman was the one who rented their house
at no. 34 A. Luna Street, Brgy Milagrosa, Project 4, Quezon City named Shaffir Abdula.
Investigator took all the important details of the said female person as ask Remedios
Bunagan if they can enter the house rented by Shffir Abdula.
4.At around 1:00pm October 2, 2020, after report the said details to our Station
Commander and having the permission of Remedios Bunagan investigator together
with personnel of this station proceed to the house allegedly rented by Shaffir Abdul
located at no. 34 A. Luna Street, Brgy Milagrosa, Project 4, Quezon City.
5.Investigator together with Alfredo Bunagan and Brgy Officials of Brgy Milagrosa
open the door of the allegedly rented house of Shaffir Abdul. Upon searching for
possible lead, investigator found a black flag beleave to be flag of ISIS, a Terrorist
Group, gunpowders and a cellphone believe to be used as Improvised Explosive
Device.
6.After getting all the evidences and information needed, investigator

immediately went back to the station. Pieces of evidence was submitted to Crime
Laboratory for examination and pertinent documents were prepare for filing a case
against Shaffir Abdul and the terrorist group she belong.

2. This pertains to the suicide bombing and bombing incidents that transpired on
October 1, 2020 outside Jollibee in front of Chowking along Boni Serrano St.
Quezon City wherein seventeen (17) were killed and seventy five (75) were
injured.
3. At about 8:00Am October 04,2020 a case for terrorist is being filed against
Shamira Suod and her terrorist group before the City Prosecutor’s Office of
Quezon City with docket no. QCSB-0001-CS01 Inquest Prosecutor Vangie
Carona.

SUBJECT: SPOT REPORT

Reference: Telephone Call by Concerned Citizen.
1. What: Bombing incident.
2. Where: Outside Jollibee, Boni Serrano, Quezon City
3. When: At around 3:15pm, October 1, 2020.
4. Who: Unidentified Female Suspect.
5. Why: Suicide Bombing.
6. How: Facts of the Case:

That at around 3:15pm, October 1, 2020, this station received a telephone
call from concerned citizen citing that an explosion happen outside Jollibee, Boni
Serrano, Quezon City. Upon received of the information, personnel of this station
immediately dispatch to know the veracity of the said incident. Investigator on case
arrived at the scene and cordoned the area. Crime Laboratory conduct
examination on motorcycle next to the military truck that possible cause of
explosion. The explosion resulted to the death of eight (8) soldiers, six (6) civilians
and a Police Officer as well as injuring 69 others. That while conducting
investigation on the crime scene, one (1) unidentified female person approached
the cordoned are and attempt to enter. Upon seeing, immediately stopped by the
soldiers manning the crime scene and the unidentified female person detonated
the bomb carried in her body. The explosion occurred approximately 100
meters(110 yards) away from the first blast, in front of Chowking, Boni Serrano,
Quezon City that resulted to the death of unidentified female person, eight(8)
soldiers, one (1) Police Officer and six (6) civilians. Also injuring twenty one (21)
soldiers, six (6) Police Officers and forty eight (48) civilians. Investigator on case is
now looking for the identification of the suspect and the victims and evidences was
submitted to Crime Laboratory for examination.
