    BASIC CONSIDERATION

    The Purpose of feasibility Study is to create or establish a good business involving the
    Financial and Management Aspects capabilities of the partners.

    FORMS OF OWNERSHIP

    Partnership is the form of ownership we chose for our business, having five partners to
    contribute for the capital. The total capital contributed is P 500,000.

    The advantages of Partnership are the following:

     Easy and Inexpensive to organize


     Having more capital
     Operated more efficiently inasmuch as more heads contribute in the management and
    success of the business
     Proper division of Responsibilities
     Direct gain of the partners is an incentive to give close attention to the business.

    MANAGER

    Job Description
     Handle major problems that might be encountered in the distribution of the
    product
     Responsible to ensure that the business operations are flowing properly.

    Job Specification
     25- 40 years old
     Male or Female
     Had an experience in the specified job

    Salary: P 12,150/monthly

    STORE SUPERVISOR

    Job Description
     Overseas the distribution of activities around the shop.
     Responsible to check and maintain the quality of the product and the proper
    handling of employees

    Job Specification
     25-40 years old
     Male or Female
     Had an experience in the specified job at least 3 years.

    Salary: P 10, 800/monthly

    SECRETARY

    Job Description
     Responsible in doing all the secretarial works
     Responsible for all receipts, disbursements, inventories and other sources of
    funds.

     22-30 years old
     Male or Female
     Business Administration Graduate

    Salary: P 9,696/monthly
    BAKER

    Job Description
     Responsible in Baking works
     Flexible and Hardworking
     Always in time, and Imaginative

    Job Specification
     25-45 years old
     Male or Female
     At least 4 years experience
     Graduate in the course specified

    Salary: P 10,000/monthly

    CASHIER

    Job Description
     Responsible in Handling Money
     Honest and Trustworthy

     20-25 years old
     Female
     At least College level
     Had an experience in the specified job

    WAITRESS

    Job Description
     Responsible in offering food to the customer
     Responsible in Assisting customer
     Flexible

     At least 1yr experience in Customer Service

    KITCHEN ASSISTANT

     Responsible in Kitchen area
