SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JACINTA M. DELOS REYES, Filipino, widow, of legal age and residing


at Barangay Maitim I, Amadeo, Cavite, have named, constituted and appointed, and
by these presents, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, MACARIA G. ALDOS,
Filipino, likewise of legal age, married to Jorge Aldos and with the same address
as above, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place
and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit;

“To represent in applying for a loan from the PAMANA in the amount
of SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 60,000.00) Philippine “Currency to be used for
my business purposes; and to receive and accept the check for the loan and to
encash the check and hold the money in trust for me and to sign any and all
documents which may be required and are, necessary for the completion of the
transaction.”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full


power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally present,
with full power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue hereof shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof and in
pursuance of the purposes above-stated.
