and appoint, my sister FELYAN C. YABYABIN, Filipino, likewise of legal age, married and residing at
the same address, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead,
to do and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit;

“To manage my business, the GSL EXPRESS PAY; to represent me

before any person, entity, banks, and other private institutions and government
agencies concerned including but not limited to the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas and all
other banks and to act in my behalf in all transactions involving the said business,
including but not limited to opening of bank accounts, procuring ATM Cards,
changing the ATM Cards, depositing checks and cash, encashing checks
withdrawing money and to do all acts necessary for the attainment of the above-
