SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE&FRC)

 Conduct safety meeting with the execution team (OPS and contractor) the condition with the required precaution
 Orientation & EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN should be communicated

1 All site personnel are required to wear appropriate PPE such as Safety IMAD CO./ OPERATION & PMT
Helmet, Safety Glasses, Gloves, and Safety Shoes
2 Conduct Tool Box Safety Meeting prior to every work activity IMAD CO./ SAFETY OFICER & FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR
3 Explain to key personnel the purpose of JSA and enforce the implementation
of content. IMAD CO./ ENGINEER
4 Use the JSA to identify hazards and list the precaution on the permit.
5 Garbage shall be disposed properly on a daily basis. IMAD CO./ OPERATION
6 If an injury or near occurs, the JAS shall be reviewed immediately to
determine whether changes are needed in the job procedures. IMAD CO./ SAFETY OFICER & FOREMAN
7 In case of any emergencies, the Project Emergency Preparedness &
