    Dear Sir,
    I am glad to know that your institute has announced vacancy for the post of lecturer in English I
    am intensely interested in. I do have confidence that the post can suit me well as the students
    need.
    You want eligible candidate with good qualifications for the post. I have all the qualifications the
    post requires. I can prepare lesson plans, teach, check assignments and written scripts, maintain
    academic records and ensure that students' development and achievement are continuous. I can
    handle Exam invigilation, scripts scrutiny, prepare tabulation Sheet, and others departmental
    works, deadlines, maintain schedules, and coordinate processes or events. I can also manage
    academic requirements related to exams, communicate with parents or guardians and perform
    other duties and responsibilities as required. I can organize and counsel students, prepare weekly
    progress report, picnic, annual sports, and cultural events in a skilled way. Truly speaking, I can
    motivate the students why they should learn English. Besides, my presentation which is very
    easy to make out entices students. By the way, I take pleasure in teaching and make students
    enjoy their lessons. I have completed my B.A (Hons.) and M.A in English from Jagannath
    University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am TESOL certified by Arizona State University, USA. I am
    also certified by NTRCA for college. Moreover, I am skilled and certified as well in MS Office
    fundamental, Web Design, and presentation and so on.

    Therefore, it would have been a great opportunity to work with you.
