    Note 1: If the Institution fail to obtain NOC in lieu of the prevailing situation, it needs to be
    mentioned in the Affidavit/Undertaking that NOC shall be submitted to the Council on or before
    30-06-2020 failing which the application shall be rejected.

    Note 2: The sequence in which the documents (as per the category applied) need to be
    uploaded on the portal by the institutions.
    a. Affidavit/ Undertaking (Under Attachments Tab – Choose the corresponding from dropdown
    while attaching Affidavit or Undertaking separately and don’t combine documents mentioned
    below from “b” to “f” with Affidavit or Undertaking).

    c. Stamped Receipt from University/Board (wherever applicable)
    d. NOC from Central / State Govt / UT
    e. NBA certificate
    f. Approval from PCI
    (To upload the above documents (from “b” to “f”) as applicable, should be converted into single
    pdf document and uploaded on portal under the Attachments Tab choosing the drop down “Documents
    for Scrutiny”).

    Note 3: If the institution has applied only for any of the categories mentioned below along with
    EoA 2020-21 as per the courses and intake same as EoA 2019-20, then they shall only upload.
    affidavit 2 as mentioned in APH 2020-21. EoA 2020-21 shall be granted now and the application
    shall be processed for the category sought for during July 2020. For all other combination of
    categories, the institutions need to upload the documents as mentioned above.
