    Company Corporate Social Responsibility

    10th Field Accounting Unit promotes sustainability work. They provide assurance
    to the clients that their sustainability activities are measurable and verifiable. The
    simplicity and conciseness of this unit will ensure that the services they provide can be
    better understood and that their requests can be easily processed and completed in due
    time. This will accomplish an effective and efficient accounting office that renders
    quality accounting services.

    Narrative

    December had been a busy month for us. It is the busiest time of the year
    because all transactions should be completed at the end of the year. No pending
    transaction was allowed. All vouchers were processed immediately. We, the OJTs,
    extend our help by completing the task they had given to us. Since I was assigned in
    the Disbursement section, all I did was to make an accounting entry in their website. I
    completed my task early, that’s why I was asked if I could help my co-OJT to do the
    Obligation. I never hesitated and gladly accepted their request. They taught me how to
    do the obligation and I was eager to learn new knowledge. Our head accountant gave
    an order to have a Christmas Party in the office and all the staffs of accounting
    department must join. We were invited. They spared one day to relax and took a break
    despite of the hectic schedule in the office. The following day, all pending transactions
    was resumed. On December 27, 2019 one of the accounting staff declared that they
    already met the zero balances and told the receiving personnel not to accept any new
    vouchers. Since we are under the government agency, the following days was declared
    holiday vacation. We enjoyed the Christmas and New Year’s Eve with our loved ones.
    Self-Reflection

    In my second 90 hours of my on the job training in the 10 th Field Accounting Unit


    I learned that being part in the accounting department was a challenge. The staffs
    taught us new tasks. I was motivated and enjoyed the new task that was given to me.
    The best part was the Christmas Party. I enjoyed the party, met new people from
    another department. I also received lots of presents from different units and I was
    amazed of how thoughtful they were to us. Noche Buena and Media Noche packages
    were one of our presents. Ma’am Charmy also gave us a pillow as a Christmas gift. I
    was overwhelmed when I received the gift. Overall my December was awesome and I
    thank God for that.

    and last picture was the Christmas Party of 10th Field Accounting Unit.
