    Major works done, activities and achievements

    1. Electrical scheme preparation and finalisation of BOQ for replacement of


    existing bottom ash hopper to Dry type bottom ash hopper for stage-I units of
    Rihand.
    2. Electrical scheme preparation and finalisation of BOQ for provision of extra
    buffer hopper in dry fly ash system of Bongaigaon.
    3. Finalisation of scheme and preparation of cost estimate for the works related
    to Ash management at Baruni.
    4. Finalisation of scheme and preparation of cost estimate for the works related
    to standby system in Dry Fly ash system at SIPAT stage-I and Stage-II units.
    5. Attended L&T Closed door operation prototype testing through MS Teams.
    6. Darlipalli AWRS cable raceway layout finalisation.

    Major Initiatives taken


    1. Finalisation of Scheme and preparation of technical specifications for Dry
    Ash BTAP wagon unloading and conveying system.
    2. Finalisation of Scope variation claimed by L&T for Tanda-II Fly ash Silo
    relocation.
    3. Increase of AWRS lines pole height from 11 meter to 13 meter for further
    enhancement of ground clearance for NTPC Solapur.
    4. Finalisation of scheme and specifications for WTE Plant at Badarpur.
    5. Finalisation of scheme and preparation of cost estimate, specifications for
    Hydrobin at Korba.
    6. Finalisation of scheme and preparation of cost estimate, specifications for
    Bottom ash Dewatering Bin project of NTPC Simhadri.
