    MANIFESTATION

    The undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most


    respectfully avers, that:

    1. With all due respect, undersigned counsel manifests the


    impossibility of observing the three day prior notice based
    on the following circumstances, to wit:

    a. The Notice of Clarificatory Hearing issued by this


    Honorable Court dated January 13, 2017 was served
    personally to the undersigned counsel by the Plaintiff
    only on January 14, 2017, a Saturday;

    b. That three days from January 14,2017, the date of


    receipt, is January 17, 2017, the date set for
    Clarificatory Hearing;

    c. Further, the undersigned counsel, as previously stated


    in its Motion for Postponement, has a scheduled
    hearing on the same date set for the Clarificatory
    Hearing of the aforementioned case, before Branch 2
    Regional Trial Court;

    PRAYER

    Wherefore, premises considered, the undersigned counsel


    prays for this Honorable Court to set aside its Order dated
    January 17, 2017.
