Al Safeenah Engineering Company

is an emirate (UAE) based, machine shop
and metal construction service company
and is a leading builder in diverse and
numerous market segments. The company
has earned recognition for undertaking
large and complex projects fostering

Al Safeenah Engineering was established
in the year 2008 and since then have
delivering excellence in the field of Marine,
Oil & Gas and Civil. Our Factory is
equipped with many sophisticated
machinery to fulfil our machining needs
 and also to carry out an all-out steel
Fabrication. Our Job shop is facilitated to
do all kinds of welding jobs, and by the
effort of highly experienced workers and
engineers we have carried out many
intricate levels of projects.

MACHINE SHOP
Our machine shop is equipped with many sophisticated machines for all machining needs:
Lathe machines (up to 3m bed size), Boring machines, Radial drilling machines, Shapers,
Magnetic Surface grinder, hydraulic presses and many more. We have a team highly
experienced machinists and Engineers to carry out the operations efficiently.

Al Safeenah Engineering is a true service center, not a job shop. We fully understand our
customers demanding requirements. Our customer base in heavy industry frequently
requires us to work around the clock to ensure that a critical piece of process equipment is
put back into service as quickly as possible.

Also, our machinists are well equipped with calibrated measuring instruments to carry out
the job more accurately and efficiently. Our quality standards for machining operations are
well in check by our quality department.

MARINE ENGINEERING
Marine Engineering has been our expertise for
many years,
• Shaft and propeller repairs
• Stainless steel shaft repairs
• Fabrication of IGS fan impellers in stainless
steel or bronze. 
• Dynamic balancing of rotating machinery.
• Castings - pump casings and impellers in
bronze, cast iron and cast steel. 
• A comprehensively equipped workshop with
lathes, boring machines, milling machines, Band
saws, hydraulic presses and guillotine.

GEAR BOX MANUFACTURING

Al Safeenah Engineering is engaged in the
production, design and development of
industrial gears including spur gear, helical gears,
gear racks, internal gears, spiral bevel gears,
worm gears, worm wheel gears, internal gears.
Al Safeenah Engineering has always been a
specialist in gear related production and
manufacturing.

PUMPS AND ROTATING MACHINERY

Our pump repair technicians are experienced in
reconditioning all makes and types of rotating
equipment including pumps, turbines, mixers,
centrifuges and compressors. Our full service
machine shop and weld shop allows us to offer
complete overhauls including the following
services.
 Boring
 Manufacturing by casting process of new
impellers
 Weld up and reconditioning of gasket
surfaces
 Shaft repair including metal spray
 Manufacturing new shafts
 Rotating element balancing
  Wear ring and sleeve fabrication and
installation
 Thrust and line bearing replacement
 Mechanical seal refurbishment and/or
upgrades.
 Epoxy coating of impeller and interior
case

VALVES REFURBISHING
Our in-shop repair capabilities include the repair
of virtually all types of gate, globe, check & ball
valves. Large machine tools and Hydro-testing
machines enable us to easily repair and test large
and high pressure BWE valves. In- house
capabilities mean the job is performed quickly
and in a cost effective manner.

FABRICATION
HEAT EXCHANGERS AND BOILERS
Al Safeenah Engineering has the capabilities to
manufacture high quality heat exchangers of
varying capacities and designs. Clad tube-sheets
are becoming a common requirement in the oil
& gas industry and many of our heat exchangers
are now being delivered with Stainless Steel.

We have specialized teams with re-tubing/repair

expertise who go on board or site on a short
notice and do re-tube or permanent/temporary
repair. We take required dimensions to
manufacture new exchanger as per sample if it is
a temporary repair and upon approval from
client manufacture and supply new within a
short period of time.

WINCH CONSTRUCTION
Al Safeenah Engineering has the experience in
manufacturing and repairing heavy duty marine
winches. We build new Hydraulic winches and
Electric Winches as per client specifications.

GENERAL AND STRUCTURAL FABRICATION

We carry out all types of general purpose
fabrication for local applications like handrails,
gates and doors. We also provide installation
services of fabricated items, which is carried out
by our specialized team of Engineers and
Technician for site works. Our Workshop also
facilitates fabrication of structural steel and
provide teams for erection.

STORAGE TANKS
From Industry standard tanks to general
application tanks, are built by us. Steel tanks,
Stainless steel tanks, Pressure tanks, fuel tanks or
open top tanks can be built with all the
necessary quality certifications.

GANGWAYS
With the flexibility in customization, our
accommodation ladders and gangways work in a
variety of settings, with the most common being
commercial ships, small passenger vessels,
docks, navy piers, and refineries. Al Safeenah
Eng. offers accommodation ladders and
gangways of any length, made from 6061-T6
aluminum alloy or mild steel.
