    Sika® Roofseal Cooler


    Ceramic Coating for Heat-Proof and Water-Proof Coating

    Product Sika® Roofseal Cooler is a combination of high-performance, water-borne


    Description acrylic resins, which cures out completely in one week to an extremely
    tough, durable, non-yellowing, water-resistant, heat resistance coating
    that also provides flexibly and ultra-violet stability.
    Construction

    Uses Sika® Roofseal Cooler is a waterproof coating.


    
    Sika® Roofseal Cooler is work as heat reflection by reflex light and heat.
    
    Sika® Roofseal Cooler provide optimum technical and design versatility
    
    due to which difficult curvatures such as arches, etc. It can be protected
    and waterproofed.
    Sika® Roofseal Cooler is suitable for horizontal as well as vertical
    
    surfaces.

    Construction

    Consumption / Dosage 0.2 kg / m2 / coat

    Installation Instructions
    Installation Method / Apply an overall coat of Sika® Roofseal Cooler to the prepared surface,
    
    Tools at spread rate of 5 m2 /kg. This can be applied by brush or spray, and
    allowed to dry, preferable over night.
    Where polyester fiber reinforcement is to be used, either overall or
    
    where necessary to bridge cracks or joints, after applying the first coat
    of Sika® Roofseal Cooler and allow to go tacky, place polyester fiber
    and allow to dry. Follow by a second coat of Sika® Roofseal Cooler at
    5 m2 / kg.
    First coat may be diluted slightly with water to ease the first application.
    
    Sika® Roofseal Cooler is very effective with polyester lass to repair
    
    leaky gutters, down spouts, etc. to bridge cracks, corrosion etc.

    Application Instructions
    Time Between Coats 1 - 2 hrs @ 35 °C
    3 - 4 hrs @ 25 °C

    Cleaning of Tools The working equipment, tools etc., can be mechanically cleaned by using
    brushes in combination with water. The cleaning should be done immediately
    after the completion of the work and within the pot life of the material to avoid
    sediments on the equipments, tools etc.

    must test the product’s suitability for the intended application and purpose. Sika reserves the right to change the properties of its products.
