 Monitor work Progress among teams.
 Provide updates to weekly and monthly BIM reports on status of Contractor and supply chain
activities and performance.
 Manage the BIM process such that the highest quality of deliverables are submitted for
reviews.
 Providing BIM production support for project teams; including project model setup,
development of parametric families and parametric content, primary discipline project
work, and deliverable setup.
 Ensures the BIM Model adhere to all internal and client specific goals and standards.
 Participates in scheduled conference calls with other local office BIM coordinators for
the purpose of knowledge sharing, management and lessons learned.
 Works directly with Project management and field management team
 Develops 2D installation drawings and detail drawings from 3D model or sketches
 Prints Documents and helps keep drawings up to date while archiving older drawings
 Helps set up project and keeps it maintained
 Download and upload files when needed to keep project current
 Has effective communication with field and project management team
 Attends clash detection meetings and other project meetings as required
 Set up Revit models for all projects
 Provide assistance and mentoring for Revit users
 Create and establish engineering families, templates, details and schedules
 BIM coordination with client
 Final check of all projects for quality assurance
 Prepare own discipline model and/or content for internal BIM review/coordination meetings.
 Collaborate and coordinate with Project delivery team design-changes and model
challenges.
 Provide hands-on BIM software training for internal Design and Construction disciplines.
 Prepare validation reports for submissions highlighting Project BIM delivery, structure, geometry,
COBie data, design clashes and 2D output accuracy.
