    1.1 Nozzle sets

    The paint quantity to be sprayed is regulated by the choice of the nozzle set and
    the paint pressure.

    2.1 Trouble shooting


    Gun doesn´t spray - Paint sieve, paint line or paint cock is clogged
    - Paint pressure is too low
    - Paint very thick-flowing

    Gun sprays uneven - Pre-nozzle is dirty


    - Air borings of the basis air nozzle are dirty
    - Pre-nozzle or paint nozzle is worn-out

    Gun doesn´t close - Needle head is damaged


    - Dirt between needle and paint nozzle

    Gun spits - Paint container is empty, air gets into the paint line
