Streamline Lab Modules
a) Test Format Designer
This user friendly tool enables the user to customise the existing templates and create multiple format for tests or particular formats for specific tests as per their or their referrers’ preferences. By using this powerful utility you can create formats using the number of field types and/or use predefined fields.
b) Patient Registration Streamline Lab provides a speedy, single screen yet detailed patient registration. This has been designed to ensure ease of use and optimum accuracy at the input stage.
c) Lab Number Registration
The system displays a list of matches as the user starts typing the name or mobile number of existing patients, user can also create new patient if there are no matching entries. The referrer details are captured in this page and there is flexibility for user to change rates or add discounts if required. Once all data is checked post that the user can assign a unique Lab number and the page will change from “DRAFT” to “ACTIVE” and becomes available for technicians to input readings. This saved page is password protected for security reasons.
d) Billing and Payments
This module provides user simple ways to input extra charges, discounts and payment modes. Also importantly it provides insights into your Laboratory financials as reports can be filtered in payment received, referrer disbursement and outstanding receivables.
e) Test Data Entry
This helps user to refer to the previous values of a field of a repeat patient to appear as soon as the cursor enters the field which enables user to compare current value with the historic patterns to identify the changes. An additional feature prompts the user to reconfirm the entered value by clicking on a checkbox in the case any extreme value is entered. Other utilities like Quick Add enumeration values, save and resume data entry and field level comments are incorporated in this module.
f) Print/E-mail/SMS Patient Reports
Users can print patient reports in multiple combinations using different parameters to avoid individual selection which is often time consuming. You can send the reports manually or automatically by e-mail as per your selections. Users can send the readings by SMS in case of urgency. The WhatsApp report delivery utility is under development and we shall be integrating this feature soon.
g) Referrer Management and Reporting.
Streamline Lab Software offers a comprehensive referral management functionality with various types of referrers. This can be defined to micro level parameters of individual referrers (Doctors) and Organisational referrers (Hospitals).Fees can be defined as flat rate or percentage of test rate as per discussed terms. You can also generate a report of referrer fee as per selected time frame and referrer.
h) Machine Interfacing The Software provides uni-directional and bi- directional interfacing for a wide variety of instruments. We have integrated with many brands and models and more are being added on a continual basis.
i) User and Security Management.
We offer Role based security with “View only access” and “View, modify and export access” This can be configured as per your needs in a multi lab scenario. This feature helps in maintaining patient data integrity and any accidental or on-purpose input of data. Other advanced features like auto log-out, re-verifying password when change in Lab numbers and user audit trails make keeps the security at optimum levels.
